Accident Management with a difference...
Traditional accident management
companies are only interested in non-fault accidents, where additional hire
charges for a replacement vehicle can be recovered from the third parties
insurance company. These companies usually provide replacement vehicles and
handle personal injury compensation and excess recovery when needed.
At
Advance we recognise that you have the same needs with regards to
transportation, claims assistance and a quality of repair whatever the
accident
circumstances.
If you
are the non-fault party we can offer all the usual assistance including a
like
for like replacement vehicle and you can be guaranteed a quality repair
supported by a manufacturers or our own three year guarantee. In most cases
you
won't have to pay your excess and you won't lose any no claims bonus.
But if
you are the at fault party (someone has to be!) at Advance you still receive
the same level of service, a replacement free of hire charge vehicle,
assistance with your claim and you can still be assured of a quality repair.
How can we do it?....
We
work closely with all the major reputable accident management companies and
in
the case of a non-fault claim will source the most appropriate handlers for
your particular vehicle needs and claims circumstances.
In the
event of an at fault claim we will loan you a vehicle from our own extensive
fleet which includes vans and automatic transmission vehicles.
Either
way, you will be kept mobile while your claim is professionally handled and
your vehicle professionally repaired by our own manufacturer trained
technicians. So you can be assured that at Advance you will receive a
complete
accident management service whatever the circumstances.

Whatever your accident circumstances call the helpline 24-hours
a day, seven days a week - our accident management team will arrange for
immediate recovery of your vehicle from the scene and we will transport you,
your passengers and your belongings onto your destination. If it is out of
normal working hours we will arrange for the safe storage of your vehicle
until
one of our repair centres is open, when it will be transferred onto them free
of any charge to yourself.
Once the nature of your claim is determined by
our team we will arrange for a replacement vehicle, normally within 24 hours.
We will then assist in handling your claim and ensuring you receive the very
best quality repair.

the circumstances.
